Merseyside Police is appealing for the public's help to trace a 26-year-old man from Liverpool who is wanted on recall to prison.
Craig Easton was sentenced to 12 months in prison on 1 September 2016 after being convicted of a domestic assault which took place on 5 December 2015. He was released on licence after the judge determined he had served his sentence while remanded in custody.
Easton is wanted by officers after he failed to comply with his license release conditions and was recalled to prison on 6 September 2016.
Extensive efforts have been made by the police to find him but he remains outstanding and officers are requesting the public's help to find him.
Easton is described as black, of slim build, 5ft 11in tall, with shaven hair, brown eyes and a Liverpool accent.
Anyone who has seen Easton, or who knows of his whereabouts, is asked to call Merseyside Police on the 101 number. People with information can also contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
