Merseyside Police is appealing for the public's help to trace a 32-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Gary Jones, whose last known address was in the Walton area, was released from prison after serving part of a 22 month sentence for a sex offence.
Jones is wanted by officers after he failed to comply with his license release conditions and was recalled to prison on 17th November 2016.
Efforts have been made by the police to find him, but he remains outstanding, and officers are requesting the public's help to trace him.
Jones is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, of slim to medium build with receding hair. He has a small mark on his left cheek and a scar above his left ear.
Anyone who has seen Jones, or who knows of his whereabouts, is asked to call Merseyside Police on 0151 777 5439, or the 101 number. People with information can also contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
