Paul Richard Cahoon
Detectives are appealing for the public’s help in tracing a Merseyside man they want to speak to as part of an investigation into the supply of Class A and B drugs throughout the United Kingdom.
Paul Richard Cahoon from Rainhill, St Helens is believed to be in Dubai.
Officers from Titan, the North-west’s regional organised crime unit, are keen to speak to the 38-year-old as they believe he may have information that could help their investigation.
Nine people from Widnes, St Helens, Wirral, Liverpool and South Wales have been charged with drugs conspiracy offences and three others remain on police bail pending further enquiries. These arrests were as a result of co-ordinated raids in the North-west and in South Wales on July 16th.
Titan officers are keen to hear from Mr Cahoon or anyone who knows him so that they can progress their investigation. They believe he may be living abroad, possibly in Dubai, and anyone living out there who recognises him from the photograph is also urged to come forward.
Call the Titan regional organised crime unit on 0151 777 7694 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
